In this episode of the Owl Talk Podcast, we chat with CEO Jonathan Frost and COO Greg Ritchie as they reflect on the accomplishments and challenges faced by the organization over the past year. They discuss the Fraternity's successes, including expanding the mental health and safety program Bonds of Brotherhood, strengthening the online new member education program, introducing an educational workshop for chapter leaders, and success of the a partnership for members to include the Fraternity in their will or trust. The podcast also addresses the challenges faced by the Fraternity and explores ways in which members can make an impact, while also revealing some changes and goals for the upcoming academic year.
